1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer standard shipping options. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Keep in mind that during the holidays (Christmas especially) production and shipping times may vary. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International delivery times range from 7-21 business days. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use the link in the email or check the How to Track My Order page for detailed instructions.

4. What is your return policy?

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

5. How do I choose the right size?

Our Size Guide page offers detailed size charts and measuring instructions for our products, including the Bella+Canvas 3001 t-shirts. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods depending on your location, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@strongbydesigns.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order is sent in production to be printed or has already shipped, changes cannot be made.

8. How can I contact customer support?

9. Why do items not ship at the same time?

To keep costs low and offer good variant options (size/colors/products) we work with different providers so items may ship separately.

10. What is Print On Demand? (POD)

Print on demand is a production method where items are created only after an order is placed. This means your apparel is made specifically for you, reducing waste and avoiding overproduction. It allows us to offer a wide variety of designs while keeping quality high and operations sustainable.
